Project Scope:

The customer wanted to create a smooth flow from the driveway to the back and side yard patio. The existing patios were uneven brick covered in in moss. The pitch of the patio was directed toward the house and the overall sizes were narrow and too small in the back yard.  Southern Exposure was hired to remove the existing brick patio, walkway and steps. Southern Exposure created a new walkway that connect the driveway to the side patio. We corrected the pitch of the patios to flow away from the house and waterproofed beside the stairs at the foundation of the house.
