The crew there did an awesome job, from meeting with me to showing me all the various possibilities and creative ideas they had, to professionally and promptly installing the lighting system to being ultra-responsive to any maintenance issues that have arisen. They have even gone as far as to deliver replacement light bulbs to my door step! All the folks there do such a great job and truly show that they care about what they’re doing and really want to help you. Southern Exposure is the kind of business that you can’t wait to work with. They have set the bar for other landscaping companies and in my opinion, maintain the “Disney” customer focus culture of the industry.
For 11 years, Southern Exposure Landscaping has taken care of my very large yard in Greensboro, NC. During this decade of service, Pete and his crews not only proved highly professional, but they were proactive and brought problems (and solutions) to my attention. Their tedious and professional care of my lawn made it a showcase property. Never once did I have to follow up on anything; every person was extremely attentive to me. I feel I am qualified to issue this recommendation for lawn service because I have experienced it every month for 11 years. If there were 10 stars...I would give 10 stars. From the front desk to the back office to the mowing crew, everyone is very professional.
I have worked with Southern Exposure on projects at both of my homes over the last 8 years and have nothing but good things to say about them. I have referred them to friends and family over the years and they have received nothing but positive feedback. The owner Pete really has this business running well, and I have relied on them year after year to steer me in the right direction. His knowledge, ideas, and responsiveness are top notch. In all the years I have worked with them I have only had one issue and it was remedied the very next morning. In fact they went above in beyond what I asked. I rarely post reviews, but this one is well deserved. - Google Review
Southern Exposure crews are always dependable, they are attentive to details, and their quality of work are second to none. I could not believe I received a call on Saturday (a day when the office is usually closed), to let me know the Snow Removable Team would be at my house on Sunday between 9:00 am and noon. They were there, and did an unbelievable job (according to my wife), of removing ALL the snow and ice from our walk and drive. Thanks so much!
