Landscape Design should capture your thoughts, ideas, and dreams on paper in order to visually represent your outdoor living space. By doing so, and engaging a professional landscape designer can help to avoid costly mistakes, phase your project, properly scale your property for correct estimating, and reduce confusion between the client and contractor relationship. You may be asking yourself, "Is landscape design worth paying for? Why pay for it when other companies offer it for free?" Here's some insight on the topic.
Landscape Design should not only be beautiful to the eye and captivate the heart, but also practical by determining several factors. We take landscape design very serious which is why we go through a process to help ensure that everything has been thought through thoroughly. A well executed landscape design will help to ensure a great return on investment. Many studies show that thoughtfully developed landscapes and outdoor living spaces can increase the value of a home up to 20-30%.
Follow our process below to ensure you have taken the time to properly design your landscape in order for it to improve in value as the landscape matures.
